Your skilled qualified instructor will teach you:

Learn how to make, colour, flavor professional buttercream icing. Learn how to pipe stars, star fill in, rosettes, tight zig zag borders, shells and reverse shells


Royal Iced Vanilla Biscuits

Learn to bake the perfect Vanilla biscuit. Learn to make and flood Royal icing and create the perfect looking biscuit treat.

Royal Iced Flowers 

(2 hours, $65.00 inclusive of piping bag and piping tips)

Learn to make Royal icing and pipe daffodil, pansy, apple blossom and primrose.


Fondant Cakes 

(2 hours, $65.00 inclusive of buttercream and fondant)     

Learn how to level, buttercream then cover your cake in fondant icing.
